We used Cephalo Roofing to replace our entire roof as well has eight skylights. We received estimates from three other roofing companies and chose Roofing because not only was the price right (though not the lowest), but because of their professionalism.
The work was done when promised, at the agreed upon price, and within one very long day. They texted pictures of the work as it was being done - how else to know what's going on up there! Their clean up operation was stellar. A couple years later we experienced small leaks in a section of a bay that had not been part of the roof replacement. Not only did they come right out to look at it, they patched it up for free.

They start early every morning and work the weekend. Of course, in the coming years is when I'll know for sure if the work was done well. The other two companies I got bids from were disappointing in dealing with. In fact, one company bid more than double what the other two did. So be careful. Be prepared if you have gardens around the foundation. There's no way around it. Overall, these guys were wonderful.

I believe that no one is prefect but I'd be hard pressed to identify anything that these guys could improve on. They were responsive on providing an estimate, it was a good price, they did our roof ahead of their promised date, and kept me informed throughout the process. Once they showed up for the job, the guys were polite, worked their butts off and communicated what they were doing (and kindly answered all our dumb questions). Lastly, the roof looks great! I worked with Pyrro and his team on inspecting some damage due to age on my roof and after going over options for repair (which they did offer) or replacement, I decided to pull the trigger with a replacement. We need our roof replaced, as it was the original 1930s one, with no felt. pyrro's team check the roof, put on new batons and felted, replacing the original roof tiles. This they did in a day with a full team, meaning we didn't have days with the roof exposed as it is winter. They returned the next day to finish the ridge line and cement in the edges. Cephalo Roofing company replace our old (leaking) roof this past fall. The new roof performed wonderfully through the very heavy rains and winds of the winter season. And it looks great! Everyone during the process, from the initial estimate, through my tedious decision making process (I really like to go over all the options, more than once, I'm a bit of a pain really) was very professional and patient.
