User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for legitimate roofing service needs
• Respect intellectual property rights

Contractor Relationships

All contracts, agreements, and warranties are directly between you and the individual contractor.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to our website or services
• Contractor availability in all areas or at all times
• Response times from contractors
• That all service requests will result in contractor matches

Disclaimers

Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Quality, safety, or legality of contractor services

Limitation of Liability

Communications and Consent

You acknowledge that contractors may contact you multiple times and you may receive calls from automated dialing systems.
